I feel like most ppl on this sub (myself included) are here cause we recently moved here and are like "ok my coworkers are fine and all but i want some other friends what is there to do around here and how do i find it do i really have to use reddit for this?" In my case i really miss my college clubs cause meeting people over games or sports just feels way more natural.

If you're interested in any of the following activities, lets make some clubs, or if they already exist, lets bring some attn to them here. I'll make a Meetup/facebook posting for these later as well. If none of these things are stuff that you do, post some of your interests, new stuff is fun.

Tennis

Chess

Hiking

Skiing/boarding

Basketball

Puzzle Board games in general tbh (scrabble, Go, Shogi, etc)
