You can estimate it, that's true. But if you would lay your hand on a scale, I believe you would not get an accurate result because the hand is still supported by your wrist.

I am not totally sure, but I do think it's possible with electricity. I had a weighting made once by my doctor to measure muscle weight.

Volume, and density. Both can be measured with modern scanning technologies.

Measure by displacement. When a mass enters a body of liquid, a volume of liquid equal to the volume of the mass entering the water is displaced. It’s called archemedies principle iirc, from there take the density of the mass to figure out the weight

You can estimate by measuring the displacement of your entire body, giving you an average density, then just measure a limb, and do a little mathematics.
