That's an interesting perspective! It’s amazing to consider the differences between what we experience with our senses, and how those who are unable to use them must find other ways to navigate their world.

Actually "seeing nothing" is quite rare. Most legally blind people have some vision left. Many see rough shapes, and bigger patches of light and dark. Even pretty far down that scale when you would say they see "nothing", the very most people still have a sensation of "light" and "dark".

If you close both of your eyes you see black. If you close one do your eyes, you see nothing
