Of course its the centre! And yes time wise, everyone will celebrate the completion of one revolution around the sun at different times!! Therefore every country in a different time zone have a different reference point of this starting position on the elliptical path of Earth around the sun.

And It's not subjective. Just calculate the distance travelled by the earth on its orbit between two new year celebrations in different countries. You can get the relative positions of the orbit celebrated by them.

Yes, but moreso because the solar system is speeding through space itself like a corkscrew, and by the time a "year" happens the entire solar system is in a different spot as well.
