Sadly, I get more matches on Tinder, than job matches on Linkedin.

I don't have Tinder.

It’s true. Just had an attractive woman offer me a job on LinkedIn. No matches on tinder.

I had the same atractive women offer me 3 different positions in 3 different companies.
All unrelated to my skillset

Seems pretty similar actually.
Tinder: pics with no bio
LinkedIn: postings with no salary range

I have LinkedIn
Never use it tho
Mostly seems like everyone kissing each others ass to climb that ladder

Hot women? It's nerdy men writing to other nerdy men really.. I don't encounter more hot women than normal on LinkedIn, I really don't think this shower thought makes any sense honestly.

Idk man, it does make allot of sense for me lol. Lots of tech recruiters on my LinkedIn are pretty good looking, and there are lots of em. On tinder it’s a complete wasteland
PrettyText t1_j28gvp1 wrote
If you have a pretty desirable resume / skillset, then I do think that you get more hot women writing to you than you encounter on average in daily life. At least I do.

At least you dont get judged based on your experience
Linkedin: we are looking for someone who has 35yrs of work experience in similar roles for this grad position
BaldingMonk t1_j28j0je wrote
And just like Tinder, they don't read your bio before contacting you.

It seems like each recruiter that reaches out to me is hotter than the last. Job requirement to be a headhunter must be to be able to engage the lower head first, to distract the upper one.

Entry level position that requires 2-3 years of experience
My job's technically an entry level position with those exact requirements but they hired me anyway. The job really doesn't need 2-3 years of experience so it's a stupid requirement

I'm not sure since I don't have either app, but it sounds like some sketchy LinkedIn recruiters use profile pictures of attractive women to help bump their response rate from young graduates.

Define "technically an entry level position"?
Either way they shouldn't be putting experience as a requirement on a grad role
sinr_88 t1_j2bvbqa wrote
Recruiter: Hmm 25 years of experience! Oh no... No masters degree rejected
yeetgodmcnechass t1_j2es5mx wrote
Technically an entry level position in that my job responsibilities are fit for someone who just graduated college
They shouldn't but when I was applying literally every job had experience as a requirement
