Udon noodles with chicken and egg are called oyakudon which I've heard means mother and child udon.

There is a country carnival type activity called the egg toss. Basically kids egg a chicken coup. I wonder how that sounds to the chickens.

Paul Simon's song Mother and Child Reunion is about a Chinese dish he liked in NYC that had main ingredients of chicken and egg.
