If there was life on a super hot planet they would drink molten metal and drop little cubes of metal ice into their cups to cool it down.

If the metal provided some kind of value to them by ingesting it sure. Again same goes for any material really.

That’s why that one photo of Titan is such a trip. The rocks in the foreground are actually ice. Just like our rocks are from magma. And the lakes are methane, just like ours are water.
