I punctured my foot a while back playing back yard volleyball and was out of work for 2 weeks because I couldn't walk on it.

I had plantar fasciitis that caused me to limp for months. It was awful. For some reason it decided to just go away.

Dude. I just got back from the foot doctor. Apparently this is what's messing me up. Never heard of this. Gave me some pills, cortisone shot and some shoe inserts. Wish me luck. Heel pain sucks balls!
I was on some kind of anti-inflammatory medication. It definitely helped me short term but I don't know if it's what helped long term. I'm so much better though.
