Looking for a library recommendation for my son who turned one back in November.

Google says Weaver Library in EP. But I want to see if parents out there have other suggestions. Located in Cranston, prefer to stay within 20 min drive.

Check out the Exeter Public Library. They used to have story time and the library was geared towards kids. There is also a kids playground behind the library. (Call first, I haven't been there in a while)

Cumberland library by the monastery is nice. Cool playground, trails etc when it’s warm out too.

Warwick central library is really nice. Has an entire floor for kids. It has a fish tank, a boat, play hut, puzzles, and fidget toys on the walls. They are also open on Sundays which is a bonus.

Jesse Smith library in Burrillville is a beautiful space overlooking a river, and there is a nearby waterfall and park. They have lots of children's activities too.

Providence Public Library has a great children's room, and they have multiple kids storytimes during the week - two on Tuesdays (one for toddlers and the other for little babies) and one on Thursday for all ages. I took my daughter to their storytime every week until she started school.

The library in North Scituate is nice and quiet. There’s a nice field and tennis courts across the street and it’s just a great place to take a walk too.

We’re Weaver regulars and their programs are fantastic. I believe their Head librarian (Ms Pam) is now in charge of all EP libraries. There’s also some good cafes in the area like Cafe Zara and Borealis for pre/post caffeination.
