I used SolPower which is in Charlestown. They were good but aren't always the fastest at answering emails.

Was the process of having it actually turned on and inspected painful? How long did that take using them?

I think it only took about a week or two between installation and activation. The inspection was a drive by and I never even talked to the inspector.
