FWIW, the big name ISPs are fairly good to deal with if you're just looking to have decent wifi security.

It’s more for a service that I need. My networks may have been compromised and want my devices checked out. All I know how to do is basic malware/spyware scans.

If you’ve been compromised the only thing to do is backup any critical data if it wasn’t already, then format everything and start fresh with new passwords once you’ve formatted everything. It sucks but it’s the only decent way to feel safe again. They could still be in your devices/network until you do that.

Feel free to DM but is this more of a "person you know spying on you" sort of thing or one of those things where hacker accessed your computer via calling the fake Microsoft # on a popup?
