I'm not sure if they have anybody who works in an in-patient unit, but Lifespan has an Adult Gender and Sexuality psych department. If anything, they may be able to give you a reference to a good in-person unit which would be friendly, but would also be valuable for ongoing care after the in-patient experience. I had great experience with one of their therapists regarding LGBT/polyamory/kink related issues.
