They don’t find clinical placements for you? When I applied a year ago, they told me they did (but wondering if that was to get me to enroll).

95% of NP programs make you find your own placements

I’m not sure how they take placements, but my midwife always has students with her. Care New England Medical Group - Women’s Care. They’re affiliated with women and infants. One of her students delivered my first baby!

A nurse practitioner midwife from Care New England delivered my first child, many years ago. She was a delight!

I know Lifespan OBGYN associates often has students training with them. Two different midwives I saw in the last 3 years were with students. They're affiliated with Women and Infants hospital and have several offices in RI and one in MA. https://www.lifespan.org/centers-services/obstetrics-and-gynecology-services/ob-gyn-practitioners
Good luck!

I’m looking to do 120 hours per specialty. One rotation this summer, and one this fall. If anyone is interested I would love to send a resume. I have worked mostly in emergency medicine with some time in urgent care, pediatric psych, and adult detox.
