This asshole really seems like he likes to sue people.

He sued Kent Hospital after his brother died in their waiting room while receiving no medical attention. Do you have a problem with that?
DrMonkeyLove t1_iys9z6r wrote
He tried to sue some random Twitter users for being mean to him, so that seems kind of dumb.

He also got someone I know doxxed and threatened by tweeting their mugshot out with a hateful, transphobic caption he wrote up. I hope he's buried in RI so I can piss on his grave and heckle his loved ones at his funeral.

I'd visit RI just to help out.

It's natural (and not the right thing to do) to overreact to hate. We should all eliminate or reduce our tendency to do so, particularly when doing includes harming innocent people. Let's model the kind of emotional intelligence, self-control in reacting, and compassion we call for and hope for.
I'm sorry you were astonished in a painful way and have been unceasingly so.
At least as importantly, I'm glad the bad person's loved ones aren't actually being heckled and am really sad about the bad things that actually are happening to large numbers of vulnerable people as a result of the bad person.
One example is the transphobic doxxing.

Did he win?

Yes. But instead of a monetary settlement, he had Kent invest in heart attack monitors, equipment, and protocols to prevents what happened to his brother from happening again. But because he is apparently a republican I will get downvoted for this as well. Oh well.

They're implying that because he might have had a legitimate reason to sue someone once that it makes it OK to sue people for bullshit reasons every other time.

Probably because Kent Hospital isn't a person and the comment he replies to say JW likes to sue people.

Corporations are people according to the SCOTUS

That's fine, they're still not people though
