Eh, kicking someone with a shoe on qualifies as ABDW. I’ve seen it charged for throwing a plastic fabreeze bottle. It’s really up to the police how they want to charge it. The point is she wasn’t convicted tho.

So fucking true! My aunt used to be a bartender and one night a couple gets into a fight and the lady is throwing coasters at her husband and she was charged with ABDW. The charges were later dismissed.
