Thought about a rage room but there aren’t any in RI. Somethings physical like roller skating or ice skating we’ve got on our list. Any other ideas?

There's always indoor Rock Climbing (Rock Spot- Providence & Peacedale and Central Rock- Warwick)

Depending on where you're at, Seekonk might be worth it for the bumper cars and go karts.

There’s a rage room just over the Warwick/West Warwick line at a place called Smash n Splash

Ice bumper cars when they arrive in Providence. Skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing at Yawgoo or Wachusetts. Not physical but different - we took a cooking class hosted at a chef's home kitchen with a group of people once and it was really fun. It came with wine plus the food you made. So it was like dinner, drinks, and a class. Dance classes at AS220. Or, dancing to 80s/90s/2000 music upstairs at Freeplay (on Fridays and Saturdays). Walking ghost tour of Providence or Newport. Off season biking around Block Island. Seconding what others have already said - indoor rock climbing, go karts, smash room, and axe throwing. The axe throwing space also has Time Zone which I believe is like an obstacle course with mini games. If you're up for a drive - Thrillz in Connecticut is a blast.

At the Lincoln axe throwing spot there’s a “escape room style” activity that’s a bunch of different puzzle rooms and you get points from doing each one. There’s some physical rooms where you have to climb and whatnot

It may sound kiddish, but my wife and I loved Launch on Rt2 in Warwick. And, hey, if all else fails you can grab a bite literally anywhere down there. If our plans go sour, plenty to do in Warwick without breaking the bank.

Go try out archery! Tangys in Warwick is a solid spot to go to. The owners can give you a quick mini lesson if you have never shot. Plenty of restaurants nearby for afterwards.
