It’s a working class town, a bit run down and it has a couple rough spots, but it’s fine. Visit the neighborhood before you rent, there are some cute areas but also some where things get a bit dicey. Similar to Pawtucket, Woonsocket, it’s a bit down on its luck but has good bones and good people. West-West Warwick is nicer than the Arctic area. Similarly, Darlington in Pawtucket and East Woonsocket are affordable and quite nice.
