All depends on the homeowner, most will let you keep what you find. I don’t think I’d hunt a property where the homeowner excepts me to give them everything I find unless it was a historical place and it was going in a museum, or some sort of family heirloom like grandma’s ring or something. Kinda like giving someone permission to deer hunt on your property and expecting them to give you the deer.
