RIGL 32-2-4 covers DEM park and management area regulations. Section 1.10(c) says it’s only allowed in designated areas during specific times but does not define what they are. I’ve always taken it to mean beach outside their normal operating hours and management area agricultural fields outside the growing seasons, and never had issues.
