Primarily looking to find a cat only cat boarding/kenneling place in RI or close by. I haven't found one in my own searching. Also looking for firsthand accounts of how it went if you've used it.

Secondarily looking for any kenneling place that you've used for your cats and had a good experience with.

I have an older cat who is a bit schizoid and trying to find the least stressful option I can.

I know there's Rover but given I'm needing this over the TG holiday, not sure how available (or expensive) people will be.

Mini Manor in North Kingston boards cats. They also board dogs. We’ve used them for our dogs before. They are nice and priced pretty fairly. They have a cat specific room. Our vet had recommended them.

I live in Rhode Island myself. Kenneling would actually be a stressful thing for any cat really. I have two cats myself. Will be in Rhode Island still for TG holiday. If you need a option I don’t mind helping. Free and less stress on the cat.

You don’t have anyone in Rhode Island that can watch the cat? How long are you gone for?

If your cat is stressed out, get a cat sitter who will house sit? Recommend wiggle walkers on the west side of PVD. On the surface a dog walking company but they stay over for all kinds of animals.

I've had good luck on Rover. They'll have a holiday surcharge for sure but you know the total price before you officially offer.

There's a petsitter who works at Tiogue Vet in Coventry. Not sure where you're located.
