Hello all, can anyone recommend a good vet for reptiles in RI. Many places say they treat reptiles, but it's hard to know how good they are at it. Specifically for a bearded dragon. Thank you!

OSVS has excellent care. However, as you said, it’s not cheap.
We take my sons bearded to wickford veterinary clinic they do a great job imo.
Yeah they do good work, they managed to help my sick gecko a lot (he still died sadly), and they gave me meds and feeding stuff and all that to help with caring for him. However, they charged 300 dollars for that, so go there if you have plenty of money.
Thank you very much for the info!

Thank you for being up these comments. Much appreciated.
Thank you so much!
Aw, man. I thought this post was going to be about lizard people who served in OIF / OEF.
Look up the odd pet vet. Well, he’s in Waltham? But he is amazing and treats all the weird varied animals regular vets don’t regularly care for.
Ocean State is your best bet for quality exotic care. They are excellent
Vet tech here. Hill & Harbor in East Greenwich has a doc who does exotics and works with wildlife at another place. Highly recommend. 👍🏼

I see Dr. Spelman (she’s the exotics vet at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists) and think she’s great, but I don’t see her for reptiles. Also, OSVS isn’t particularly cheap.
