Social media is driven by community engagement. If the community is sick, so is social media, addressing the communities problems can correct this, banning social media would ultimately change very little if the community that drove it stayed the same.

My point is that social media is to blame for much of teenage anxiety and poor MH. From body image issues to the loneliness kids can feel when they see false projections of what social life looks like. DOH isn’t going to solve that.
