Hmmm it’s almost like they’re trying to force you to keep money on the app 🧐

just some quick ideas of stuff to try

  • try an actual browser on a computer
  • have you ever been able to withdraw before? they probably need the SSN for tax purposes and maybe it's not entered somewhere. i cant recall entering it but i only signed up and havent really used the app since
  • is the app up to date?
  • tried quitting the app and restarting it?
  • rebooted phone
  • try their tech support?

Moved here over the Summer and the RI Sportsbook is the worst I’ve used. Had several issues and ended up calling their support number to resolve the issues. It seems to be the only way to get any help.

yup, but not desktop. I'll give that a shot, it's the 3rd party payment people so you can deposit money from a CC and not be "approved" by the 3rd party that deposits your funds. So basically you can deposit as much as you want from your CC plus your winnings and then get rejected on the 3rd party system and not be able to withdraw. They do a soft credit check as well.

I think if I remember correctly you have to go to the Sportsbook at twin River and talk to the person at the desk if you’re signing up for the first time. I remember doing that years ago when I signed up
