Yeah.. where were the police when the cronies on the RIPUC voted to approve a 47% rate increase in electric rates, which RI Energy's phone agents (who live in Indiana) now claim "was voted for and approved by all of us who live here"?

Bullshit. There have been multiple occasions where police have shared photos of thieves caught stealing from private homes and vehicles, etc.., when footage is available. You are going out of your way to defend this scum, which is shameful.
