Title pretty much. Was interested in doing my first bit of skiing for the year but it hasn’t really snowed much, even in places further north like Vermont.

Oh didn’t realize they live stream it, thanks!

Blue’s probably the best place to ski in PA right now. Conditions weren’t too bad last weekend.
I always liked Elk just as much as Blue. The Elk webcams are not working for me so I don't know mtn. conditions.
I totally agree. They are very comparable. But the weather has been so terrible and Blue has the best snowmaking system on the East Coast so right now, Blue is the place to be until winter actually starts. If it ever does this year.
I’ve been there twice this season. It’s now passable. Really needs some real snow. Weekends are now busy on the slopes now the Main St Express is running.
Thanks for the update. I havent been yet, but planned on late this month or early next month. Hopefully it stays cold and they can make snow
It’s cold enough to make snow, but that’s making ice covered with heavy granular. A few inches of real snow would go a long way.
Absolutely! Hope the season gets better for us ice-coasters
Any other mountain might be okay. Avoid Blue Mountain. That’s where I learned to ski, so it holds a special place in my heart, but the current management is ABYSMAL. Horrible customer experiences and they do not care.
We went 2 weeks ago and… just wow. So bad. The mountain was fine. The place was staffed. But the staff didn’t care and their bosses didn’t care and their management said they don’t care to offer equivalent experience to other mountains in the area. I will NEVER go back

FWIW this is the exact opposite of my experiences. I’ve been every Friday this season and the only negatives I can report are the lack of snow coverage (still the best in PA) and the crowds on weekends/holidays (duh)
Staff at the lost and found were very friendly when I lost my earbuds 3 weeks in a row, and when I rode down to the valley after leaving my season pass in my car at the summit they buzzed me back through the turnstiles no problem.
On second thought, don’t listen to me. I no remember things so good.
Blue mountain is the fastest way to hit slopes
Wisp had snow last weekend
It recently got sold, I think it’s best days are long past.

Just got home. The conditions were ok. There was 80% of trails open. I had a great time today. Beautiful weather
