Which is why I don't recognize a source. This is one persons opinion

It's one of the largest papers in the state. Tribune-Review, Triblive, etc. And the links in it are to Spotlight PA, the statewide nonprofit investigative newsroom partnership between the Inquirer, Trib, LNP, etc.

And it's an editorial, not an op-ed. That means it's not one person's opinion.

Yep the Trib's ed board is pretty conservative, so I wouldn't put much stock in it alone, but Spotlight is legit. They're a bastion of good investigative journalism regarding state govt.
