Thank you. That’s quite fair, the previous tenant was paying around 310 a month, which scared me but maybe they were heating excessively.

$50 on a programmable thermostat can save you a lot.

Also see if the furnace has been maintained. Getting it cleaned annually helps it burn more efficiently which saves money.
