Does anyone have a list of the others Gov Wolf pardoned? Any other notable cases?

This is how pardons are supposed to be used. Tom Wolf could school TFG on what the pardon was intended for.

Doubtful.
Wolf instituted an expedited board of pardon review for marijuana possession charges. It's been around for years. This looks like one of those. Just happens to be that the rapper is a notable person to point out in that group.

Oh shit, yeah, my friend got that pardon too. You just had to be eligible and apply for it.

I know the DOJ (federal) usually posts a PDF announcement for each presidential pardon/commutation but I wasn’t sure if Pennsylvania had an equivalent.

Only 369 pardons? Surely he could have reached 420!

Pretty sure the list was supposed to be way bigger. Fetterman was really big on the weed pardons as Lt Gov. if the pardon applicants had anything more than a minor possession charge then they couldn’t get approved. https://www.inquirer.com/news/pennsylvania/pennsylvania-marijuana-pardon-program-data-20221207.html. Meek pointed a gun at the police in his 2007 arrest. This wasn’t just a simple weed arrest.

Good guy Tom.
Did not have "Wolf Pardoning Meek Mill Before Leaving Office" on my 2023 bingo card.
