a separate fbi investigation as they seized his phone as I recall. That is a complex investigation and they will have a million lawyers involved deciding what is legal for the fbi to go after and what is politically possible.

AND What is he gonna do in congress after ignoring a congressional subpoena, who will listen to a guy who ignored a subpoena from the body he represents. Dead man walking in congress wo power to compel anyone to do anything 🤷‍♂️
