If you want to keep trying, download an auto-redialer and let it go to town. We did this on both of our phones when my husband had to correct something in his unemployment information. I set mine to redial every five seconds for 100 redials. It was nice that both of us could do other stuff while we waited to actually get a ring through. I was able to get through twice within a couple of hours (first time hubby accidentally hung up so we had to do it again). Good luck!
