my report says 0.8 grams but i’d argue less. it was mixed in a bag with tobacco.

i got taken into the station for a few hours till i could zoom a judge for arraignment since i don’t live in pennsylvania. have a california id but living in nyc.

out on bail but didn’t pay anything.

also, you think i’m fucked if i don’t have a public defender? it was a weekend so i couldn’t get one unless i came back to apply for one in person

friend was vandalizing, car got searched, i got fucked. collateral damage.

lawyer is gonna be expensive… what do u think the risk is without? did your thoughts on me not doing time change?
