Sadly they do help people decide. Undecided votes often go "oh I recognize that name from the signs" and vote for that person. It's sad.

Not that it would surprise me. But I’d love to see modern studies done in this. Surely in a time of Tik-Tok, YouTube, Reddit, FB and anywhere else online targeted ads can be bought… the “analog sign” crowd surely has to be dwindling, right? 😂
