Pretty much what the title is. Does Wine & Spirits do the release? Anybody know? Thank you! Around the Philadelphia area.

Look around for different bottle shops, most places will get regular bourbon county, but variants may be difficult. It is beer, so don’t go to a wine and spirits. Look for store in your area and check their instagram pages or websites. Might find who has what. Looks like a lot of places start selling around 9 am

Lol no they're not.. I've won twice.
What's Bourbon County? I can't find anything online about it.
>See, the PLCB would hold a lottery (which often led to website crashes, and was widely believed to be rigged, though no evidence of that has surfaced.
From your article.
This is Pennsylvania…we don’t have bottle shops…we have state stores. None of these releases will ever see the inside of a state store, there’s a lottery for them on the PLCB website.
Bourbon County is a beer aged in bourbon barrels not a bourbon itself. Pennsylvania does how 6 pack/bottle shops for beer. Source 43 year PA resident who bought bourbon county this morning….
Sorry man, I got in an argument about the bourbon over dinner last night with an out of state relative not familiar with the state stores. It was like thirty minutes like I was talking to god damn wall.
Beer made by Goose Island stout aged in bourbon bottles
That won't be at the state store, then. They don't sell beer.
Worldwide Beverage in Roxborough has a lot.

Last time I checked the one near Franklin Mills Mall (I don't know what it's called now) was a specialty store and carries some high end stuff, but the pa lcb also does rigged raffles for really big ones like pappy.
