Does anyone know what the small buildings are that the turnpike is building in both directions between Harrisburg and Philadelphia? They look like small one car garages with two or three windows.

They are the communication huts that house the fiber optic nodes (electronic equipment) for the F/O cables that are being installed along the right of way.
