I'm still waiting on my mail-in ballot, which I applied for back on Oct-10th. Berks County accepted my application about a week afterwards, but no notice saying it's been mailed. Could be a one-off or maybe many others are experiencing the same thing. So not only will counts be delayed, but some votes will never be counted due to ballot mailing issues.

There needs to be more state-wide coordination of the entire voting process. Counting should start early on voting day (or even slightly before that, such as 8 pm Monday) not after election night.
