You don’t have to choose either of your last names or any last name at all for the child, but it could complicate matters where you’ll have to constantly prove they’re your child. You can choose to hyphenate all your names together if you want. Choosing just Eagles is fine. However being named “Jason Kelce Green-Philly-Eagles” would be pretty fucking awesome.
