I will be in Mansfield on Monday morning October 10th. I will be in the area for most of the day into the evening. Looking for some stuff to do. I live 2hrs away and just figured I'd make the day out of it.. I plan on going to eat at Eddie's for breakfast. I used to travel north that way once or twice a year foe a few years with work. Ate at Eddie's a few times and enjoyed it so that is going to be my first stop of the morning. But after that I have no idea what else to do In the area.

Conspiracy Coffee is another good breakfast choice if you are wanting to try something else. (no aspersions on Eddie's...) it is just on the left immediately after you turn left at the light downtown by the bank. I would go to the canyon, the leaves are gorgeous right now.

Awesome I've been to the pa grand canyon before but I think that it would be something to see in the fall like this so as long as it's not raining this will definitely be on the list

Right now it's calling for 56 and partly cloudy on Monday.

In Mansfield itself there's a few antique stores you can browse and a great coffee spot at Night and Day. Looking to do anything else and you'll have to drive at least 20 minutes away. Corning Museum of Glass is a great visit only 40ish minutes north

The Roost in Wellsboro for lunch! Great place. I’m a local and eat there often. Then you could swing over to the canyon or talk a walk on the Rails for Trails. Beautiful time of the year for it, weather permitting.

Becks Bistro. Native Bagel (they serve lunch.) There is also a place on RT287 called Pagomars. They do subs and ice cream. It’s located right next to a Rails for Trails entrance. You could take a stroll and enjoy the pretty foliage.

I just looked them up on Google to read reviews and I'm really disappointed in the fact that Google shows they're closed on Monday because the reviews look great

Oh, shoot! I forgot about that. I’m sorry. There is a new restaurant that opened up this past summer, across the street, called Becks Bistro inc. They are open on Mondays. Heard many good things about them! They have a Facebook page.
