I live in NC and my fiancé wants a wedding in Pennsylvania (she grew up in Coatesville). As much as I love NC, this is her event and I want her to be happy.

With that being said; I’m looking for a beautiful Pennsylvania venue that can be outdoor or indoor. I know this is vague but just beautiful and at a good price. We both love nature and she may not have southern roots but she’s a cowgirl at heart!

Thanks y’all!

Longwood Gardens, Valley Forge chapel are first that jump to mind. There are tons of options,

And my husband corrected me... he would have wanted Springton Manor (https://springtonmanorfarm.com/); which is a County of Chester property, but they have a contract with a catering/event company. So if you go there, you are stuck with their catering and there are some other choices that they restrict (DJs, Bands, etc).

But they definitely have options for if it rains - they have both indoor and outdoor facilities.

The Glasbern Inn in Fogelsville sounds like everything you are looking for except they aren’t known to be cheap. You may be able to work a deal with them though, they take care of everything you can even have fireworks. https://www.glasbern.com/weddings.html

I had a family member get married at The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs in Chester Springs. Very rustic and historic, indoor and outdoor.

Sweet Arrow Lake was INSANELY affordable. it's not your fiancée's native Chester County, but we got to splurge on catering and music thanks to the big savings. Big lake, nice scenery, a playground for kids, a full kitchen with plenty of refrigerated storage, a pavilion, it had everything we needed. we had around 100 people at the event, plenty of space for that size
