Ikr like I got pulled over for window tint at midnight as the excuse, hence why I hopped on here to ask

That is 100% why you got pulled over. They only use it as an excuse. I have limo tint on my sedan and I’ve never once been pulled over because I only drive to pickup my kids from school.
