I don't believe so, when my partner uses that "Down Checker" website or whatever it is called it is multiple people within our county that experiences these outages.

That's hard to tell sometimes because often there is a baseline of people reporting things down. It's usually never 0.

If you have another router it may be worth swapping. Or checking other things in your setup when it's acting up.

I have a relative with DSL and it uses the old phone lines and if there's a crack in a phone line outside and water gets in it'll disrupt the DSL without messing up voice phone calls.

Have you called the company? They can send out a tech and troubleshoot.
