Think about that for a second and wonder if maybe there's more to the story than just the drink. Who is making the joke and what you know about them tends to factor in quite a bit in how a joke is received so perhaps that has something to do with it.

You've done a terrible job assuming who I support politically and what side of the political spectrum I fall on. During this time of unemployment in your life I recommend going back to the drawing board and trying again. I think if I give you a second chance you might be able to figure out exactly what I think of the kinds of people you have come to believe I support.

After that I would recommend you find a job. Maybe you can work at this restaurant. It looks like they are hiring.

What kind of jobs have you had that using your phone at work is so restricted you can’t pop on Reddit or whatever else for a couple minutes. Do you know what breaks are, or that smartphones exist? What a fucking stupid attempt at a gotcha.
