Reply to comment by [deleted] in Hatboro, Pennsylvania woman facing charges after racist rant at pizzeria by Snoi7
Nah. Now I’m a simple man. I see a racist and I want to see their lives ruined. So this coverage, that she got charged, and the pizza place doing good business is the exact kind response said words deserve. Be responsible for your words and deeds.

And here come the racists crawling out of the woodwork to gaslight people. Your second sentence applies to this woman, not the person you responded to.

Cool. Good for the pizza man and his business. But she’s still not “going to jail” lol

If I recall it’s a misdemeanor and if she has no prior record I can’t imagine she’ll go to jail either. However, that’s not the important thing. The important thing is that, all things considered, it’s very much an open and shut case. I mean they got her on 4K here. She very likely, unless there is some kind of intervention resulting in the charges being dropped of course, to be found guilty.
Whenever she looks for a job that record will stay with her for at least a decade. The very public nature of this event, what she said, and the criminal record will insure no company will even remotely want to have anything to do with her.
This is why it’s important to be responsible for your words and deeds. Not just the neighborly thing to do. It can have terrible consequences as this lady will now find out.

Care to share some similar case law that backs up your assertion? Nothing that happened here fits the Harassment statute as defined by PA and the Ethnic Intimidation charge only sticks if the Harassment charge prevails. She'll likely plea out but it's not exactly clear she would lose if she were stupid enough to push it to trial.

As she deserves. Ostracism is a hell of a tool
