Might want to try the 511PA app. Go to MORE FEATURES, then TEXT CAMERA LISTING. You then have to select a REGION, then ROUTE. Harrisburg region will take you as far west as Tuscarora Tunnel. You can view pictures or toggle at the top for video. This will show you the traffic.

The TEXT ADVISORY option will show you road conditions, ongoing construction, etc. There is construction around Somerset.
