It is nigh on impossible to remove a school board member before their term is up. There are only three ways:

Resignation
Death
Court order by a Common Pleas judge removing the board member for cause

Or election. 3 of the 6 in that majority will be up in November, and all are running in regions that Biden carried in 2020.

Those 3 are first up in the May primary. Now is the time to get the 10 signatures needed to put yourself on the ballot for May. If you get more votes than 1 of those 3, there is one down.
