Well I live in the area you mentioned and yeah sure it's probably cheap but there's not shit to do here so if you like going out and doing things like idk shopping or literally any type of activity you have to drive at least an hour. Closest movie theater? Half our at least and that the shittiest movie theater I've been to. You want to go to a decent mall? Drive an hour one way. Good restaurant? Probably about an hour. The only thing this area has going for it is the trails. Lots of people drive 2+ hours to come four wheeling here. Oh and bars... Lots of bars and drugs. But that's everywhere.
