Are those Raleigh Choppers? I used to have one of those. I also had a Cub Scout uniform just like the one in the photo.

I don’t think any of them are Schwinn stingrays. They look more like Huffys and Sears free spirits. It’s cool. The kids in the middle have Cub Scout outfits on. Quite the gang.
