I've got his chin and jaw line, but they're kind of hidden under an overweight man's face. When I was a kid we looked alike, but as I got older I took more after my Irish mum's side.

When dad gained weight due to cancer medication though, the resemblance came out again.

As for my brains, nah. I never took to coding and computer science, I'm more of a creative. While my dad was a whizz with DB2 databases and mass migrations of data (which once upon a time he was paid handsomely for), I've chosen the path of a VFX compositing artist.

Nice. Thanks for sharing, and again, sorry for your loss. We are all destined to be orphans. Lost my mum in ‘86; dad in ‘17.

Don't I know it man. Lost ma back in '19. She had some old school cool from modelling in the 80s, just need to find the picture.
