In 1971, the principal of my high school rode to work on his motorcycle. There was nobody to stop him.....well, maybe the Board of Ed. It was a red Honda 350.

I am sure there were at least a couple kids that did not know Mr Comrade rode a bike to school. Hiding it would have made it even cooler and more mysterious.

My dad's boss didn't like him wearing turtlenecks in 1990, so he stopped wearing turtlenecks. I'm amazed the principal didn't use firmer measures. Might have been one of those hippie progressives.
