It's like a little suss but 99/100 times you'd be good even really late. Before 10pm I'd say 299/300 times you'd be good. Bad thing would most likely just be uncomfortable not particularly dangerous too like aggressive pan handling or someone shouting at you etc

At night, you'll be fine. Just walk like you mean it. No one is usually around, and if they are, they'll be walking like lightning as well.
