I feel like it's the perfect business to take over such a historic building and restore it to its former glory.

Zaros would be better
I mean yeah ofc the 4 corners district needs a fourth 7 eleven instead of the 3 it already has
A Panera Bread would be nice...and this city needs a Cheesecake factory...
Great idea. The 7-11 that’s closing in the ironbound can reopen there .
It’s closing??? Wtf. What’s it being replaced by?
There is another post about it on this sub. No idea what’s replacing it
Make it a cinnabon
7/11 is closing several Newark stores, so regardless, this is highly unlikely bro bro
A 7/11 with luxury apartments on top of it, keep everyone happy.
You’re kidding right?
Didn’t they already bulldoze the theater portion? Also there is a Krauzers directly across Market
Yes, but people deserve options.
Okay so any other than 7/11. They selling off their Newark stores
its already destined to become a huge housing/storefront tower project, they will keep the outside theatre facade though. Doubt it would put another 7/11 in this area with so many already close to each other.
